Cooke Brothers are a family run business with over 135 years of successful trading. This success was not established by luck alone, we would not be here today without the commitment and dedication of our workforce.
We treat every employee as an individual and take great pride in their personal development. We have held the Investors in People standard for over 10 years and see this as tool for identifying training opportunities at every level within the company.
All employees are given the opportunity for continual personal development which benefits the individual and in the long term, the company as a whole. This is achieved by either in house training, external training to nationally recognised qualifications, or industry based qualifications such as the GAI (Guild of Architectural Ironmongers). All employees are given personal training awards as recognition for achieving their goals. |
