Cooke Brothers signage
Signage
  • Door symbol discs and signage in aluminium, stainless steel, brass and clear modern polymers, are available in both conventional and one off designs.
  • Any size of door symbol can be produced either as a printed on design or as a cut out as a special option. Shaped symbols can be as externally cut shapes or as internally cut shapes within an outer larger sign blank.

Cooke Brothers slimline handles and flush pulls
Access
  • Slimline Handles - The Phoenix Slimline door handle range is a suite of 19mm diameter door furniture. Produced in solid stainless steel and finished as brushed satin or bright polished, the range includes both lever and pull handles and is supplied complete with matching escutcheons.
  • Flush Pulls - A high quality range of stainless steel flush pulls in a range of standard sizes for both solid and glass doors. The design of the flush pull is suitable for both sliding and opening doors. Whilst the back box is to a standard design to assist installation, the facia can be customised to
    any shape.

Cooke Brothers continuous hinges
Security
  • Architectural Continuous Hinge - Phoenix Continuous Hinges are a popular solution to hanging architectural doors, whether timber or steel, particularly in arduous, high security or vandal proof applications. The hinges cover the full length of the door and can be fitted with either wood screws or machine screws, plus a wide variety of tamper proof fasteners.
  • Flushbolt - The Phoenix range of Flush Bolts are designed for face or end fixing, single or pairs of doors, including rebated doorsets. Manufactured in stainless steel throughout and available in different lengths to accommodate top as well as bottom of door fixing.

Cooke Brothers DigitSafe and anti-ligature hinges
Safety
  • Anti-ligature devices are designed for use in locations and situations where self harm might occur. They are designed to prevent a ligature from being placed over door furniture. Available within the range of anti-ligature products are anti-ligature hinges, anti-ligature door knobs and anti-ligature flush pulls.
  • Phoenix DigitSafe - DigitSafe is a simple, effective and inexpensive system for preventing hands or fingers being trapped between door and frame on the wider hinge opening side. A further DigitSafe Hinge guard is available for the closer gap.
  • Door Selector - Where pairs of rebated doors are installed it is essential to ensure that they close in the right order. The simplest solution to this is to fit a door selector device to the top of the doors. If the wrong door arrives at the selector first it holds the door partly open until the correct door has passed through, which then in turn allows the held back door to close.
  • Door Protection - Push plates. Available as shaped plates surrounding the door handle, or as a complete door width located across the centre of the door. These plates are particularly beneficial where trolleys are the preferred method of pushing
    the door open.
  • Door Protection - Kick plates. Shaped plates can be cut to order to suit any door size in any thickness. Traditionally around 150mm or 200mm deep but often extending to the lower half, and sometimes the whole height, of the door.
  • Door Protection - Edge guards. Box section door edge protectors are a solution to reducing door damage in arduous situations. Protectors can be produced to the same thickness as the door and rebated in place to give a flush finish at the hinge or open end of the door.
