Crucial to Cooke Brothers success is the commitment to, and reputation for, high quality and dependable service. The company is proud to have been amongst the first to achieve the nationally and internationally recognised quality standards for manufacturing.

Cooke Brothers gained BS 5750:pt2 in 1988. This included qualifying for EN 29002 and ISO 9002, which were upgraded in 1995 to BS EN ISO 9002. The company added ISO 9001 recognition to its quality management system, certified by the British Standards Institution, during 1998 and this is applied throughout the company to ensure that all the company’s activities comply with the appropriate British and International standards.

All the company’s employees undertake training in quality and this is recognised within the Investors In People award, which the company has held since 1993.
Quality Assurance is an ongoing commitment and Cooke Brothers is now working to achieve QS9000 and the proposed new standard ISO/DTR 16949
